All room reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates are subject to change without notice. Bookings made through our reservation system (Cloudbeds) are governed by terms presented at the time of booking.
3. Boat Rental Terms
Boat rentals require a $5,000 refundable security deposit. The vessel must be returned by sunset in the same condition it was rented with a full tank of fuel. The renter assumes full responsibility for the vessel during the rental period.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by reservation type. Please review terms at the time of booking. Failure to cancel within the stated window may result in forfeiture of deposits.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability
